Steps
1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil and 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat.
3. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
4. Add the shrimp to the skillet, seasoning with salt and pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the shrimp turn pink and opaque.
5. Reduce the heat to low, add the remaining butter, lemon juice, and cooked spaghetti to the skillet. Toss everything together until well combined.
6. Remove from heat, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and serve hot with grated Parmesan if desired.
