Steps
1. Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
2. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper.
3. Brush the mixture onto both sides of the salmon fillet.
4. Place the salmon on the grill, skin-side down, and cook for about 4-5 minutes.
5. Carefully flip the salmon and grill for another 3-4 minutes until cooked through and flaky.
6. Serve with lemon wedges on the side.
