Steps
1. In a skillet over medium heat, add sesame oil and ground chicken. Cook until browned and cooked through.
2. Stir in soy sauce, sriracha, salt, and pepper, cooking for an additional 2 minutes.
3. Add the chopped bell pepper and grated carrot, cooking until just tender.
4. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
5. Place the chicken mixture in the center of a large lettuce leaf, top with sliced green onion and sesame seeds if desired.
6. Fold the lettuce around the filling and enjoy as a wrap.
