Lobster and Mussel Seafood Paella

A vibrant and flavorful seafood paella featuring succulent lobster and fresh mussels, perfectly cooked with saffron-infused rice. This dish brings the taste of the sea to your plate in a comforting and elegant way.

Steps

1. Soak saffron threads in a tablespoon of warm fish stock for 5 minutes. 2. Heat olive oil in a medium skillet over medium heat. Add onion, garlic, and red bell pepper; sauté until softened. 3. Add Arborio rice and stir to coat with oil and vegetables. 4. Pour in the saffron-infused stock and the remaining fish stock. Season with salt and pepper. 5. Bring to a simmer, cover, and cook for about 10 minutes. 6. Add lobster pieces and mussels on top of the rice. Cover and cook for another 5-7 minutes until rice is tender and mussels have opened. 7. Discard any unopened mussels. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with a lemon wedge.
