
Steps
- Slice boneless, skinless chicken into thin strips.
- Peel and dice the mango into cubes.
- Mince garlic and add it to a skillet with 2 tablespoons of oil.
- Add chicken strips to the pan and cook until golden and cooked through.
- Add diced mango and cook for another 2 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, mix together soy sauce and honey.
- Pour sauce into pan with chicken and mango.
- Serve over cooked rice.
