Mango Curry with Chicken

Steps

1. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, sauté until fragrant. 2. Add chicken pieces and cook until browned. 3. In a small bowl, mix together curry powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, and chili powder with a little water to form a paste. 4. Add the spice paste to the pan and stir well to coat the chicken. 5. Add diced mango and coconut milk to the pan. Stir to combine. 6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. 7. Simmer for 15-20 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and the flavors have melded together. 8. Garnish with fresh cilantro leaves and serve hot with steamed rice or naan bread.
