Steps
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, sauté until fragrant.
- Add chicken pieces and cook until browned.
- In a small bowl, mix together curry powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, and chili powder with a little water to form a paste.
- Add the spice paste to the pan and stir well to coat the chicken.
- Add diced mango and coconut milk to the pan. Stir to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Simmer for 15-20 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and the flavors have melded together.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro leaves and serve hot with steamed rice or naan bread.

- 200ml coconut milk

- Fresh cilantro leaves for garnish
