
Steps
- Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add the halved cherry tomatoes and cook for another 2-3 minutes until they begin to soften.
- Stir in the spinach and cook until wilted, about 1 minute.
- Toss in the cooked spaghetti, fresh basil, salt, and pepper. Mix well until everything is combined.
- Serve hot, with grated Parmesan cheese on top if desired.
