Steps
1. Slice the ciabatta roll in half horizontally.
2. Spread the hummus evenly on both sides of the roll.
3. Layer the cucumber, red bell pepper, red onion, black olives, and feta cheese on the bottom half of the roll.
4. Sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley, salt, and pepper.
5. Place the top half of the roll on the sandwich.
6. Cut the sandwich in half and serve.
