Steps
1. Slice the ciabatta roll in half.
2. Spread hummus on both sides of the roll.
3. Layer cucumber, red bell pepper, red onion, feta cheese, and spinach leaves on one side of the roll.
4. Drizzle olive oil over the fillings and season with salt and pepper.
5. Close the sandwich with the other half of the ciabatta roll.
6. Press the sandwich lightly and slice it in half.
7. Serve and enjoy!
