
Steps
- Slice the ciabatta roll in half.
- Spread hummus on both sides of the roll.
- Layer cucumber, red bell pepper, red onion, feta cheese, and spinach leaves on one side of the roll.
- Drizzle olive oil over the fillings and season with salt and pepper.
- Close the sandwich with the other half of the ciabatta roll.
- Press the sandwich lightly and slice it in half.
- Serve and enjoy!
