Steps
1. Cut the whole wheat pita in half to create pockets.
2. Spread 1/4 cup of hummus inside each pita half.
3. Layer the cucumber slices, bell pepper slices, cherry tomatoes, and spinach leaves into each pita pocket.
4. Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese over the top of the veggies.
5. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Serve immediately and enjoy your fresh Mediterranean sandwich!
