Steps
1. Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a blender.
2. Add the cocoa powder, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and a pinch of sea salt.
3. Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
4. Taste and adjust sweetness if desired.
5. Spoon the mousse into a serving dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
6. Serve chilled, garnished with fresh berries if desired.
