Steps

1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. 2. Season the chicken breast with taco seasoning, salt, and pepper. 3. Cook the chicken for 5-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked and golden brown. Remove from heat and let rest. 4. In the same skillet, add corn and chopped red onion and sauté for 3-4 minutes until slightly softened. 5. Slice the rested chicken into strips. 6. In a bowl, layer the cooked rice as the base. 7. Top the rice with sautéed corn and red onion, sliced chicken, shredded lettuce, and diced avocado. 8. Optionally, squeeze lime juice over the bowl for an extra zesty flavor and serve immediately.
