Steps
1. In a pan, heat some oil and sauté the garlic until fragrant.
2. Add the diced chicken and cook until no longer pink.
3. Stir in the mixed vegetables and cook until they are tender.
4. Add the cooked rice, soy sauce, sesame oil, green onions, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
5. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through.
6. Spoon the sesame chicken fried rice onto the canapé bases.
