Steps

1. In a bowl, mix together the ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, cumin, coriander, salt, and pepper. Form the mixture into small meatballs. 2. In a large skillet, heat some olive oil over medium heat and brown the meatballs on all sides. 3. Add the diced tomatoes, chicken broth, paprika, cinnamon, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Stir gently to combine. 4. Cover the skillet and let the meatballs simmer in the sauce for about 15-20 minutes, or until cooked through. 5. Serve the meatballs hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
