Steps
1. Peel the sweet potato and cut it into cubes.
2. Boil the sweet potato in salted water for about 15 minutes or until fork-tender.
3. Drain and return the sweet potato to the pot.
4. Add miso paste, tahini, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
5. Mash everything together until smooth and creamy.
6. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
7. Serve warm, garnished with chopped chives or parsley if desired.
