Steps
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, minced garlic, parsley, dill, salt, and pepper.
Place the cod fillet in a baking dish and pour the marinade over it, ensuring it's well coated.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
Serve with lemon wedges on the side.
