Steps
1. Marinate mutton pieces with yogurt, turmeric, cumin, coriander, salt, and pepper.
2. Heat ghee in a pan, sauté onions until golden, add ginger-garlic paste, then add marinated mutton and cook until tender.
3. For Fish Malai Curry, heat mustard oil, crackle cumin seeds, sauté onions, add green chili, turmeric, red chili powder, salt, coconut milk, and fish. Simmer until fish is cooked through.
