Steps

1. Preheat a skillet on the stove over medium-high heat. 2. Meanwhile, season the salmon fillet on both sides with the garlic powder and sea salt. 3. Pour the olive oil into the hot skillet. Once the oil is hot, place the salmon into the skillet and cook for about 2 minutes on each side. 4. Top the salmon with a thin layer of dijon mustard and cook for another minute. 5. Remove from the skillet and enjoy!
