
Steps
- Preheat a skillet on the stove over medium-high heat.
- Meanwhile, season the salmon fillet on both sides with the garlic powder and sea salt.
- Pour the olive oil into the hot skillet. Once the oil is hot, place the salmon into the skillet and cook for about 2 minutes on each side.
- Top the salmon with a thin layer of dijon mustard and cook for another minute.
