Steps
1. In a small saucepan, bring the almond milk to a simmer over medium heat.
2. Stir in the rolled oats and reduce the heat to low. Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the oats are tender and the mixture thickens.
3. Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the mashed banana, chopped nuts, honey or maple syrup, and cinnamon.
4. Transfer the Nutty Banana Oatmeal to a bowl and garnish with extra nuts, if desired.
5. Serve warm and enjoy!
