This simple oatmeal bowl is packed full of protein and veggies. Perfect for an energizing breakfast that will sustains you for hours.
1. In a pot, bring vegetable broth to a boil. 2. Add oatmeal and reduce heat to a simmer. 3. When oatmeal is creamy, add onion and bell pepper and cook for a few minutes. 4. Add parsley, salt and pepper to taste. 5. Serve in a bowl and enjoy!
