Steps
1. Preheat a large non-stick skillet to medium-high heat.
2. Add olive oil and chopped vegetables, stirring to coat. Cook for 3 minutes.
3. Add garlic powder and stir.
4. Add teriyaki sauce and frozen edamame. Stir to combine.
5. Add rice and stir to combine.
6. Lower the heat to low and cook for 18-20 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes.
7. Remove from heat and serve.
