Teriyaki Salmon with Oven Roasted Broccoli

This is an easy and delicious dish with a Japanese flair. Perfect for lunch or dinner.

Steps

1. Preheat oven to 350F degrees. 2. Place the broccoli on a baking sheet, coat with olive oil, salt and pepper. Roast in the oven for 15 minutes. 3. In the meantime, spread teriyaki sauce over the salmon. 4. After the broccoli has roasted for 15 minutes, take the baking sheet out of the oven and place the salmon on top of the broccoli. 5. Turn the temperature up to 400F degrees and roast until the salmon flakes easily with a fork. About 15 minutes. 6. Serve warm. Enjoy.
