1. Coat the beef with garlic, cumin, salt and pepper and set aside. 2. Heat olive oil in a medium skillet. 3. Add onion and bell pepper and cook until slightly brown. 4. Add the beef to the pan and cook until desired doneness. 5. Add the lime juice and cilantro and mix well. 6. Serve with warm tortillas.
