Steps
1. In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce, mirin, honey, and sesame oil to create the teriyaki sauce.
2. Season the salmon fillet with salt and pepper.
3. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add the salmon, skin-side down. Cook for about 4 minutes.
4. Flip the salmon and pour the teriyaki sauce over it. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until the salmon is cooked through and the sauce thickens slightly.
5. Meanwhile, steam the broccoli florets for about 5 minutes until tender but still vibrant in color.
6. Plate the salmon and drizzle any remaining teriyaki sauce on top. Serve with steamed broccoli, garnished with sesame seeds if desired.
