Steps
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
2. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
3. Place chicken in the hot oil and sprinkle with ginger, garlic powder, and pepper. Cook for 3-4 minutes, until chicken is golden brown.
4. In a small bowl, whisk together orange juice, lemon juice, honey and parsley.
5. Pour the mixture over the chicken in the skillet and stir to combine.
6. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15-18 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
7. Serve warm with freshly chopped parsley and a side of orange slices.
