Cranberry and Nuts Salad

Steps

1. Boil the egg and peel the shell 2. Chop the boiled egg and walnuts into small pieces 3. In a mixing bowl combine cranberries, walnuts, egg, olive oil, balsamic vinegar and black pepper 4. Arrange the lettuce leaves on a plate and top with the cranberry and nuts mixture 5. Serve and enjoy!

1 harboiled egg, 2 tablespoons of cranberries, 4 walnuts, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 teaspoon of balsamic vinegar, a pinch of black pepper, some lettuce leaves
