
Steps
- Boil the egg and peel the shell
- Chop the boiled egg and walnuts into small pieces
- In a mixing bowl combine cranberries, walnuts, egg, olive oil, balsamic vinegar and black pepper
- Arrange the lettuce leaves on a plate and top with the cranberry and nuts mixture
- Serve and enjoy!
