1.In a bowl, combine the cubed chicken, garam masala, cumin, paprika, turmeric, ground coriander, chili powder, and garlic. Mix until the chicken is evenly coated.
2. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is browned and cooked through.
3. Add the onion and cook for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the onion is softened.
4. Add the tomatoes, cilantro, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine and cook for 1-2 minutes, until the tomatoes are softened.
5. Serve hot over rice or with naan.
