
Steps
- In a large pan, heat some oil over medium-high heat.
- Add in the garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add in the orange and potatoes and continue cooking for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add in the soy sauce and tomatoes and stir to combine.
- Reduce heat to medium and cover pan.
- Cook for another 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper, if desired.
- Serve and enjoy!
