Steps
1. Heat butter in a small pan over medium heat.
2. Add diced onion and cook for 3-4 minutes.
3. Mix the egg, honey, salt and red pepper flakes in a bowl and pour the mixture into the pan.
4. Add diced tomatoes to the egg mixture.
5. Cook for about 4 minutes, fold the omelet in half and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
6. Serve hot.
