Cook for 4-5 minutes, or until vegetables are softened. 4. Add the rabbit and cook for an additional 5 minutes, until rabbit is browned. 5. Add tomato paste, beef broth, herbs, and salt and pepper. Bring to a gentle simmer and transfer dutch oven to oven. 6. Cook for 1 1/2-2 hours, stirring occasionally, or until the rabbit is tender. 7. Serve.
