
Steps
- Preheat oven to 375F.
- Cut squash in half, lengthwise. Scoop out seeds and discard.
- Drizzle olive oil over top of squash and then sprinkle with sea salt. Place on baking sheet and roast for 40 minutes.
- Once squash has cooked through, use a fork to scrape the squash so it forms spaghetti noodles.
- Heat oil in a large skillet. Add garlic and stir until fragrant.
- Add marinara sauce to pan and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
- Add spaghetti squash noodles to the pan and combine.
- Add fresh basil for fnoven extra flavor and stir.
- Serve it up, topping with freshly grated cheese, if desired. Enjoy!
