Paleo Spaghetti Squash Pasta

Steps

1. Preheat oven to 375F. 2. Cut squash in half, lengthwise. Scoop out seeds and discard. 3. Drizzle olive oil over top of squash and then sprinkle with sea salt. Place on baking sheet and roast for 40 minutes. 4. Once squash has cooked through, use a fork to scrape the squash so it forms spaghetti noodles. 5. Heat oil in a large skillet. Add garlic and stir until fragrant. 6. Add marinara sauce to pan and simmer for 10-15 minutes. 7. Add spaghetti squash noodles to the pan and combine. 8. Add fresh basil for fnoven extra flavor and stir. 9. Serve it up, topping with freshly grated cheese, if desired. Enjoy!
