Steps
1. In a bowl, mix yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric, garam masala, and salt. Add paneer cubes and marinate for 30 minutes.
2. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan, add paneer cubes and shallow fry until golden on all sides. Remove and set aside.
3. In the same pan, sauté chopped onions until translucent.
4. Add tomato puree and cook for 5 minutes until oil separates.
5. Add the fried paneer cubes and mix well.
6. Pour in cream, stir gently, and simmer for 5 minutes on low heat.
7. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with naan or rice.
