A scrumptious combination of sweet pear slices and creamy brie cheese in a crunchy pastry shell!

Steps

Step 1: Preheat oven to 350°F. Step 2: On a lightly floured surface, roll the pastry dough to a 10-inch circle. Place on a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Step 3: Arrange the pear slices in the center of the pastry dough. Top with brie cubes. Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with cinnamon. Fold pastry dough up around the edges, overlapping to create a crust. Step 4: Drizzle the crust lightly with olive oil and bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown. Step 5: Let cool 15 minutes before serving.
