Steps

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). 2. Slice the chicken breast horizontally to create a pocket. 3. In a small bowl, mix cream cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. 4. Spread the cream cheese mixture inside the chicken pocket. 5. Insert pickle slices into the pocket over the cream cheese. 6. Secure the chicken with toothpicks if needed. 7. Heat olive oil in an ovenproof skillet over medium heat. 8. Sear the chicken breast for 3-4 minutes on each side until browned. 9. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, until chicken is cooked through. 10. Remove toothpicks before serving.
