Pickled Chicken Skewers

Steps

1. Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized cubes. 2. In a bowl, combine pickle brine, olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. 3. Add the chicken cubes to the marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes. 4. Preheat the grill or grill pan over medium heat. 5. Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers. 6. Grill the skewers for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and slightly charred. 7. Serve the pickled chicken skewers with pickle slices on the side.
