Pineapple Teriyaki Chicken

Steps

1. Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper. 2. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, minced garlic, grated ginger, and cornstarch to make the teriyaki sauce. 3. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. 4. Add the chicken pieces to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through. 5. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside. 6. In the same skillet, add the pineapple chunks and cook until slightly caramelized. 7. Return the chicken to the skillet and pour the teriyaki sauce over it. 8. Cook for a few minutes until the sauce thickens and coats the chicken. 9. Serve the Pineapple Teriyaki Chicken over steamed rice or noodles.
