
Steps
- Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.

- Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add the chicken pieces to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through.
- Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the pineapple chunks and cook until slightly caramelized.
- Return the chicken to the skillet and pour the teriyaki sauce over it.
- Cook for a few minutes until the sauce thickens and coats the chicken.
- Serve the Pineapple Teriyaki Chicken over steamed rice or noodles.
