Steps

1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. 2. Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper, then add it to the pan. 3. Cook the chicken for about 5-6 minutes on each side, until it’s golden brown and cooked through. 4. Remove the chicken from the pan and set it aside to rest. 5. In the same pan, add the sliced bell pepper and onion, sautéing for about 2-3 minutes until softened. 6. Add the diced pineapple and teriyaki sauce to the pan, cooking for another 2 minutes until heated through. 7. Slice the chicken and return it to the pan, mixing everything together to coat the chicken in the sauce. 8. Serve over cooked rice if desired.
