Steps
1. Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add the chicken. Cook until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
3. Add the pineapple chunks and sliced bell pepper to the skillet and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes.
4. Pour the teriyaki sauce over the chicken and vegetables, and cook until everything is well-coated and heated through, about 2 more minutes.
5. Serve the chicken and pineapple mixture over cooked rice, garnished with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
