Steps

In a medium skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add pork and quickly brown for a couple of minutes. Add mushrooms and peppers, and continue to stir-fry until pork is cooked through. Sprinkle garlic powder, salt, and pepper over the top and cook for a few more minutes. Serve hot.
