Pork Stir Fry

This easy pork stir fry is full of delicious flavors and comes together in minutes. Perfect for a busy weeknight!

Steps

1. Heat oil in a skillet and cook pork for about 5 minutes until pork strips are lightly browned. 2. Add red pepper, onion, broth, soy sauce, garlic powder, black pepper, and sugar to skillet. Cover, and reduce heat to medium. Simmer for about 8 minutes until the vegetables are cooked through. 3. In a small bowl, mix cornstarch and sesame oil until well blended. 4. Add cornstarch mixture to skillet. Stir to combine and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until sauce has thickened. 5. Serve over cooked rice or noodles.
