Steps
1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and melt a teaspoon of butter in the pan.
2. Place a single tortilla in the skillet. Sprinkle half of the shredded cheese and diced strawberries on the middle of the tortilla.
3. Once the cheese has melted, top with second tortilla.
4. Flip the quesadilla periodically until the cheese is melted and the shell is golden brown, about 4-5 minutes.
5. Remove the quesadilla from the pan. Serve with sour cream and remaining strawberries, if desired.
