- Steps of Preparation:
- Heat olive oil in a medium-sized skillet over medium heat.
- Add onions and garlic and cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add potatoes and carrots and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Add ground beef to the skillet and cook until the beef is cooked through.
- Add Worcestershire sauce, oregano, parsley, and paprika and stir to combine.
- Pour in the beef broth and bring to a simmer.
- Simmer for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are tender and the sauce has thickened.
- Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
- Serve in a bowl with your favorite sides. Enjoy!
