Steps
In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, sesame seeds, halva, fennel seeds, and cinnamon.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the vinegar, vegetable oil, melted butter, egg yolk, blossom water, confectioners' yeast, milk, and water until well combined.
Gradually add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients, stirring until you achieve a smooth batter.
Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
Drop spoonfuls of the batter into the hot oil, frying until golden brown on both sides.
Remove and drain on paper towels, then drizzle with honey before serving.
