Steps
1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. In a bowl, combine the cherry tomatoes, green olives, minced garlic, olive oil, dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
3. Place the salmon fillet on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
4. Spoon the tomato and olive mixture over the salmon fillet.
5. Roast in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
6. Remove from the oven and let rest for a few minutes before garnishing with fresh basil leaves, if desired. Serve warm.
