Steps
1. Toast the bread slices until golden brown.
2. While still warm, rub the cut side of garlic over one side of each toast.
3. Spread butter on the garlic-rubbed sides.
4. Layer one slice with cheddar cheese, tomato slices, and greens.
5. Season with salt and pepper.
6. Top with the second slice of bread, butter side in.
7. Place the sandwich back on the pan and grill for 2-3 minutes each side until cheese melts.
8. Remove, cut in half, and serve warm.
