Steps
1. In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat.
2. Add the diced onion and minced garlic. Sauté until the onion becomes translucent.
3. Add the diced salmon to the skillet and cook until it turns opaque, about 3-4 minutes.
4. Stir in the corn kernels and diced tomato, cooking for another 2 minutes.
5. Add the cooked rice to the skillet, breaking up any clumps. Pour in the soy sauce, and season with salt and pepper. Stir well to combine all ingredients.
6. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, allowing the rice to heat through completely.
7. Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions if desired.
