Steps of Preparation: 1. Preheat oven to 350°F 2. Cut potatoes into small cubes and season with garlic powder, salt and pepper and place them on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until crispy 3. Heat up a pan over medium heat and add olive oil 4. Add salmon to a pan, adding preferred amount of salt and pepper to taste and cook for 4 minutes on each side 5. Add spinach to the pan, season with salt and pepper and cook for 2-3 minutes until spinach is wilted 6. Serve the salmon with the baked potatoes and spinach on the side
