1. Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat. 2. Add diced onion and minced garlic, sauté until fragrant. 3. Stir in sliced carrot and chopped celery, cook for a few minutes. 4. Pour in vegetable broth and bring to a simmer. 5. Add cooked beans, season with salt and pepper. 6. Let the stew simmer for about 15-20 minutes. 7. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. 8.
