Savory Beef and Bean Chinese Soup

This hearty Chinese-inspired soup combines tender beef, nutritious beans, and a hint of coffee for depth, finished off with a touch of sweetness from grapes. A unique twist that warms the soul!

Steps

1. In a pot, heat a little oil over medium heat and sauté the minced garlic and ginger until fragrant. 2. Add the sliced beef and cook until browned. 3. Pour in the beef broth and water, then add the mixed beans and soy sauce. Bring to a boil. 4. Stir in the instant coffee, and season with salt and pepper. Let it simmer for about 15 minutes. 5. Add the halved grapes and cook for an additional 5 minutes. 6. Serve hot with a slice of bread on the side.
