
Steps
- Heat a medium-sized pot over medium heat and add the cooked duck and garlic. Cook for 3 minutes in stirring often.
- Pour the water into the pot and bring to a low simmer.
- Stir in the coconut milk, ginger, garlic powder, coriander, salt, and pepper.
- Reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Serve warm.
